The Analytics module can now generate a contract sheet report not only document by document, but also by contractual set. A single row groups a contract and all its linked documents (amendments, etc.), automatically showing the latest effective data.
Until now, the contract sheet report produced an Excel file with one row per document and one column per variable. For a contract followed by amendments, each document kept its own contract sheet: it was impossible to see the truly applicable value at a glance. Example: the initial contract stated a term of 2 years, and amendment 1 raised it to 3 years → the report displayed two separate rows, with no consolidated view.
With this update, Gino relies on the consolidated contract sheet to return, on a single row, the up-to-date values for the whole set. In the example above, the "term" column would directly display 3 years.
🛠 What's changing
The contract sheet report now offers two modes: by document (existing behavior, unchanged) and by contractual set (new).
In consolidated mode, one row = one contractual set (the contract + its linked documents), no longer an isolated document.
Values come exclusively from the consolidated contract sheet ("current value" column of the consolidated contract sheet), already computed by the AI.
The metadata of the documents in the set (name, reference, status, origin, status date) is aggregated within a single cell, in a consistent order from one column to the next.
Each mode keeps its own list of saved reports.
Consolidated mode only appears if the "consolidated contract sheet" and "GIN AI" options are enabled on your environment (activation by Gino).
✅ Why it's useful day to day
You get the effective value of a contractual set without manually cross-referencing the contract and its amendments.
You reduce reading errors: no more conflicting values juxtaposed across documents of the same set.
You have an export that's directly usable for analysis (one row per set).
You keep visibility on non-eligible documents, which remain displayed as individual rows: no loss of information.

⚙️ How it works
Prerequisite: consolidated mode is only available if the "consolidated contract sheet" option (as well as "GIN AI") is enabled on your environment. This activation is carried out by Gino. If these options are not enabled, the "by contractual set" mode does not appear in the menu.
Go to Analytics → contract sheet report → by contractual set, then click "new report".
Step 1 – Select the template: check the main template. All templates in the group are automatically selected and a "Consolidated" badge appears. Templates in the group cannot be unchecked individually; to remove the set, uncheck the main template. (Note: isolated extraction templates remain selectable.)
Step 2 – Select the variables: choose the variables to export. The "consolidated set" and "consolidation date" columns are always present and cannot be unchecked. Execution data is not available in consolidated mode.
Step 3 – Table preview: apply filters if needed (domain, actors, statuses, dates) and check the output before exporting.
Click "continue" to generate the Excel file.
Good to know (display rules):
Only linked documents (contractual set) are consolidated. Documents that are only grouped or associated are excluded from this mode — use "by document" to find them.
A row is consolidated ("consolidated set = yes") only if all three conditions are met: "linked" relationship, status Signed / Finalized / Unilateral Commitment, and a consolidated sheet already generated by the AI.
Otherwise, the linked document appears as an individual row ("consolidated set = no"), with the data from its own sheet. The consolidation date remains empty.
The domain is unique for the whole set (a single value is displayed).
Repetitions (parties, schedule, etc.) are exported in dedicated tabs, as in document mode, from the already-consolidated data.
