Users with access to the Studio module can now download a production template in Word format (.docx), with the actual content of referenced clauses — rather than just their tags.
Until now, viewing a complete template required going through the PDF preview in the platform. This update allows you to obtain a Word file that accurately reflects the production template directly.
🛠 What's changing
A new "Download as Word" action is available in the three-dot menu of a template (Studio only).
The generated file resolves referenced clauses with their full content.
The template structure is preserved: headings, paragraphs, formatting, and page breaks.
The download does not modify the template or its references to the clause library.
✅ Why it's useful
View the complete template without being limited to reference tags.
Rework the document in Word from a base that accurately reflects the production template.
Easily share or validate the full content outside the platform.
⚙️ How it works
Open the Studio module and navigate to the relevant template.
Open the three-dot menu and click "Download as Word".
Gino generates a .docx file with referenced clauses replaced by their full content.
If a clause is not found or unavailable, the document displays its tag followed by the message: "The clause content is unavailable."
Gino's tip Use this download as a review tool after a clause update, to check the document as it will actually be produced at the time of download.
