When sending a contract for validation, it is now possible to decide in advance whether the signature should be launched automatically once the final validation is completed.
This option helps prevent omissions and allows you to anticipate from the start whether the contract should be automatically sent for signature after validation.
⚙️ How it works
When sending a contract for validation, a new checkbox is available:
“Automatic signature launch after validation”
The checkbox is unchecked by default.
If checked:
The contract is automatically sent for signature once the final validation is completed.
No confirmation pop-up is displayed.
If unchecked:
The current behavior is preserved.
The last validator sees a pop-up asking whether they want to launch the signature.
This behavior applies to all workflow types (dynamic, exclusive, and alternative).
🔐 Permissions and workflow management
The option is available only to users authorized to manage the signature process.
If the user does not have this permission, the checkbox appears disabled.
If the workflow is modified during validation, the updated option is taken into account.
