The access path to execution data has been simplified, both for creating and editing, directly from the dedicated tab.
Easier access to execution data
When the template used to create or import a document includes execution data, the Execution Data tab is now visible directly on the document, regardless of its status.
From this tab:
a “fill in execution data” button lets you launch the questionnaire immediately.
👉 It is therefore no longer necessary to go through the contract’s “…” menu.
👉 The questionnaire can be launched as early as the Draft/Project status, if you have the required permissions.
📊 Edit execution data faster
Once the execution data has been entered for the first time:
an “Edit” icon appears when hovering over the fields (if you have the required permissions),
clicking it opens the questionnaire directly at the relevant section,
an “Edit” button is also available at the bottom of the page to access the full form.
In summary
Execution data can now be launched and edited directly from the “execution Data” tab.
